On-ice: 15 hours
Off-ice: 10 hours
Theory, video: 3 hours
Swimming pool: 2 hours
Whole volume: 30 training hours

Training contents

ON-ICE:

  • Individual skills and skating, combinations
  • cross-ice scrimmage and whole-ice games
  • “Powerskating”- effective-skating-training
  • Photo

OFF-ICE:

  • Aerobics and stretching – pro-instructor
  • Games in the gym and outside – coordination, strength, speed, endurance and flexibility
  • Regeneration in the swimming pool
  • Theory with video – techniques, tactics and procedures of the individual skills

MENTAL-TRAINING – skills, ability and motivation:

  • Effort, self-discipline, positive thinking, respect, honesty, self-confidence
  • Team buildings-many games
  • Motivational-video – with music

GOALIE-TRAINING – with goalie head-coach and instructor:

  • Instructions and practice on the ice – techniques in groups and individually
  • Theory and video – analysis of the most effective goalie techniques
